  ・マンション・タウンハウス等の住宅販売関連事業の運営
  ・マーケティング・営業戦略の立案・実施
  ・住宅の購入者との契約手続きの管理
  ・購入者へのユニット引渡しの進捗管理、立ち会い
  
  ・Management of Sales related business for Residential like condominium/townhouse
  ・Make the plan for Marketing/Sales strategy and conduct it
  ・Management for the contract procedure with purchasers of our residential projects
  ・Management of progress for Handing over the units to purchasers
  ・Can work as manager within the huge range of authority
