  • Job Description

    - Responsible for supporting Japanese Project Manager in Singapore to set up new Factory in Vietnam
    - Have a meeting with the Construction company and the Equipment company
    - Correspondence with the Construction company and other companies
    - Report the contents of meeting to Japanese Manager in Singapore via email/phone/online MTG
    - Manage the order and purchase of needed items
    - Make some important documents and apply
    - Manage and check the site if need
    - Correspondence if some trouble happens
    - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Male, age 26-35 years old
    - At least 1-year working experience in the Project related to the Civil Engineering construction
    - Japanese N2 speaking level: Report to Japanese Manager
    - English: Intermediate level ( Can read and understand some contracts)

    <Prefer>
    - Have working experience in the Japanese company
