  • Job Description

    Responsible for Development of tenant and property
    - Find new tenant property in shopping centers with good conditions (Location, Fee, Environment, etc.)
    - Negotiate the contract conditions about store location and the lessor
    - Negotiate the conclusion and revision of store opening contracts
    - Checking the interior design and make related contract document
    - Proposal of the basic layout of interior equipment for revitalizing new and existing stores
    - Numerical responsibility for investment costs
    - Process management of new stores and renovations stores
    - Secretary operations of the president
    - Investment profit planning
    - Sales support to revitalize stores
    - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese staff

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Can communicate in English (Intermediate level)
    - Have experience as Developer of Department store, Shopping mall, or Street Shop
    - Have good negotiation skill
    - Good at building a good personal relationships

    <Advantage>
    - Have a good command of Japanese
