  Visualize product performance, competitiveness and market situation, movement via conducting surveys to providing information for the company. Handling all technical works in the allocated area; following up action plan and supporting teammates to achieve the unit's objectives.
  
  1-PSR & TBR COUNT SURVEY
  • Preparing for plan, proposal & human power (students) to conduct a survey
  • Working with outsourcing in advance, PIC select manpower for team
  • Follow up survey in the field (nationwide)
  • Summary, verify data & issue report + Reach the target of vehicle counting
  + Correct data collection & key-in
  + 1 month for report (counting+key in+verify+report).
  
  2-FIELD TEST
  - Conducting, following up 03 field test of Bridgestone product in comparison with competitors - Report monitoring test results.
  - Update field test results to Sale team, support Sale team evidence for approaching customers.

  3-TECH PIC TERRITORY IN CHARGE
  - Handling customer's claim and monitoring competitor activities
  - FC support, training, evaluation
  - Supporting the sale team in fleet approach and product performance monitoring
  
  4-COMMON WORK & SUPPORT
  - Internal & external training: Support training team in preparing material, presentation for BSTVN staffs; OE car maker, car dealers, FC training, fleets.
  - Customer satisfaction survey
