Patience, Purpose & Placement: Crystal Tran’s Rise as a Reeracoen Good Starter

When Crystal Tran joined Reeracoen Vietnam in February 2025, she entered the world of recruitment with one goal — to work with people and support them on their career journeys.

Just seven months later, she has not only completed her probation — but also earned the coveted Good Starter Certification, a mark of dedication, resilience, and growth.

💼 Finding Purpose in People

Crystal serves as a Career Advisor, focusing primarily on back-office roles. It’s a space she enjoys and has grown confident in — but she's not stopping there.

“I’m also starting to explore technical positions. It’s part of how I want to grow myself and contribute more to the team,” she shares.

Her motivation is deeply human.

“It’s always been my goal to work with people. Even when things were tough, I reminded myself of that — and gave my best every single day.”

🏅 Recognition That Fuels Growth

Receiving the Good Starter Certification was more than just an achievement — it became a milestone in her early career.

“It’s a big award for me. It tells me my efforts are recognised. That motivates me to keep growing and become an even better advisor.”

🎉 Her Proudest Moment So Far

Among her proudest memories is her very first placement — a jobseeker who had been unemployed for a long time due to personal challenges.

“She had tried many times to find a job, but nothing worked out — until she came to Reeracoen,” Crystal recalls. “Now she’s thriving. I’m proud to have been the one who helped her.”

📚 Lessons from the Frontlines

What has Crystal learned in her first months?

“Recruitment takes patience. It’s not a one-day process — it’s about building trust and making meaningful connections between both sides,” she reflects.

“You also have to be ready for surprises — because when you work with people, anything can happen!”

🎯 Goals for 2025–2026

Looking ahead, Crystal has clear goals:

  • Hit her KPIs consistently

  • Achieve more high-value PLCs

  • Help Reeracoen Vietnam become Best Branch in the region

🍜 The Fun Side of Crystal

Petite and quiet, Crystal often surprises colleagues during team meals.

“People always assume I don’t eat much. But honestly — I might eat the most in the HCMC office!” she laughs.

Crystal’s story is a beautiful reminder that with heart, grit, and a little humour, even the newest advisors can create meaningful change — for candidates, clients, and themselves.
