<Job Summary>- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive – Food Products (Seafood & Processed Foods) to join a leading international food manufacturing company based in Dong Nai, Vietnam. The company specializes in the production and distribution of premixes, batter, breader, and a wide range of processed food products for both domestic and export markets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of the company’s product portfolio across retail, foodservice, and industrial channels, with a strong focus on expanding market presence and achieving sales targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business expansion in a fast-growing segment of the food industry.<Detail>- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue for processed seafood products.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, such as distributors, wholesalers, retailers, foodservice operators, and key accounts.- Identify market opportunities and generate new business leads through proactive outreach and networking.- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales activities with product launches and promotions.- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers tailored to customer needs.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure profitable deals.- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to increase brand visibility and engagement.- Ensure excellent post-sales support by coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction.- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.<Company/Job Attraction＞- The company is aiming to expand its sales channels in Vietnam in the future.- They expect to become a sales leader in the future

<Job Summary>In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation in premix formulations, tailoring products to meet both Vietnamese market taste preferences and global quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, marketing, and local and regional business units to develop new premix recipes, optimize existing formulations, and support product localization initiatives. Your work directly contributes to our mission of delivering premium, safe, and convenient food solutions rooted in Japanese expertise and local insight.<Detail>- Develop new premix products (bread, batter, bakery mix, seasoning blends) tailored to Vietnamese consumer tastes and industry needs.- Reformulate existing products to improve quality, performance, cost efficiency, and shelf-stability.- Conduct lab-scale trials, pilot production, sensory tests, and stability studies.- Work closely with the production team to scale up R&D formulations to full-scale manufacturing.- Perform product benchmarking and competitive analysis within the premix and processed food categories.- Collaborate with QA / QC to ensure all products comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FSSC, HALAL if relevant). - Partner with marketing and sales to translate consumer insights or customer requests into viable product proposals.- Support localization strategies by blending Japanese technological know-how with local flavor profiles and consumption habits. - Maintain documentation for formulation specifications, process parameters, and technical data sheets.- Provide technical support to customers (e.g., food processing companies, chain restaurants) by advising on product usage, scaling, and performance. - Monitor regulatory trends in food ingredients and ensure compliance with local and international standards.- Other related tasks<Company/Job Attraction＞- The company is aiming to expand its sales channels in Vietnam in the future.- We are part of the Nissin Foods Group, a major Japanese food manufacturer, and have a stable management base.- They expect to become a sales leader in the future
