<Job summary>We are seeking passionate and experienced Kitchen Managers to join the launch of a new Japanese dining chain in Vietnam.<Job Detail>- Supervise and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met- Lead and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants- Create and manage work schedules to ensure efficient kitchen coverage- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing food and supplies- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes- Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely service- Manage kitchen costs and help meet budget goals by minimizing food waste and controlling portion sizes- Participate in menu development and seasonal updates based on customer feedback and trends- Other tasks from the Manager<Attractive Point> - Growth opportunities and career paths in a newly established company - Rewarding work close to customers - Learning from Japanese professionals with top-quality food and service industry experience
