  【Job Summary】
  The company is a major Japanese seafood and food product trading firm expanding its global market presence. This position is responsible for expanding local and overseas B2B sales channels while managing factory production and quality control. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-border offices and support trading operations. This role offers excellent opportunities to participate in international business trips and trade exhibitions.
  We are seeking a candidate who possesses both sales expertise and a strong command of quality control.
  
  【Job description】
  - Develop new B2B sales accounts and manage existing client relationships in local and overseas markets
  - Negotiate pricing, order terms, and contracts with fishery suppliers and processing factories
  - Monitor factory production schedules and assist with quality control management
  - Inspect processing facilities to ensure production timelines and product specifications are met
  - Manage import and export documentation, shipping procedures, and inventory control
  - Coordinate daily business communications and reporting with the Japanese Director
  - Prepare proposals and present products to global branches and business partners
  - Participate in local and international trade exhibitions to expand market presence
  - Adapt trading operations in response to changes in import/export regulations
  - Conduct domestic business trips to factories and client sites two to three times per week
  - Support joint initiatives and business operations across overseas office locations
  - Collaborate with internal team members to build a strong local sales organization
