  <Job Summary>
  This position focuses on developing new business for interior construction projects and selling imported interior materials, including carpets and wallpapers. The role covers the sales process from prospecting and contacting clients through project delivery and after-sales care.
  
  <Job Details>
  • Identify and develop new clients for interior construction projects, including office relocations, new stores, and renovations.
  • Sell imported interior products such as carpets and wallpapers.
  • Contact Japanese and non-Japanese companies, design firms, contractors, real estate companies, and end users.
  • Visit clients, deliver company presentations, and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into projects.
  • Coordinate with project, design, and administration teams after orders are confirmed.
  • Manage project handovers and provide after-sales follow-up.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and events.
  • Handle client entertainment and relationship activities when required.
  • Prepare simple sales materials and reports.
