  <Job Summary>
  Our Japanese client specializing in Infrastructure and Network services is looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure / Network talent.
  This is an independent position where the successful candidate will take ownership of recruitment activities with minimal supervision and work closely with internal departments and management.
  
  <Job Details>
  ■ Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Work closely with IT Sales and Technical teams to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment plans.
  • Source and attract qualified IT candidates, especially IT Infrastructure / Network Engineers.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
  ■ Recruitment Planning
  • Develop recruitment plans based on business and hiring needs.
  • Establish effective recruitment workflows and sourcing channels.
  • Propose recruitment strategies and budgets to management.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and provide recruitment-related advice to management.
  ■ HR Support
  • Support initiatives related to company culture, internal communication, and employee retention.
  • Contribute ideas to improve employees' working experience and engagement.
