  【Job Summary】
  A leading Japanese company is looking for a dedicated specialist to handle import operations and customs clearance.
  The role involves managing key documentation, coordinating with the HQ in Japan, and supporting various administrative and sales management tasks in the local office.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  ・Check import trade documentation and coordinate closely with the headquarters in Japan
  ・Handle customs clearance declarations and procedures
  ・Communicate with local sales distributors regarding product imports and invoices
  ・Manage and operate product labeling requirements for Vietnam
  ・Track and report weekly sales performance
  ・Manage internal information security protocols, devices, applications, and cloud usage
  ・Act as the primary contact for IT system vendors regarding PC purchases, troubleshooting, and contracts
  ・Handle general administrative duties such as booking flights and hotels for business travelers
  ・Prepare office supplies, PCs, and building access badges for new employees
  ・Maintain smooth daily operational flow within the office
  ・Other related duties as assigned
