【Job Summary】The company is a leading global provider of advanced test and measurement solutions, specializing in optical, RF, microwave, and wireless technologies. The local branch in Hanoi provides high-quality technical products and services to major telecommunications companies, semiconductor vendors, and electronics manufacturers. The company offers a stable and professional working environment with global resources, encouraging continuous learning and career growth for engineers.As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging sales and technical execution throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for customer engagement, technical solution presentation, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and post-delivery support. Candidates are expected to possess strong problem-solving skills, RF fundamental knowledge, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional and international teams.【Responsibilities】-Assist in gathering and analyzing technical requirements from clients to qualify business opportunities.-Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC), and technical presentations to prospective customers.-Develop technical proposals, including system configurations, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and RFP responses.-Visit customer sites (2-3 times per week) to provide technical training, guidance, and operational support.-Support technical validation, configuration alignment, and deal execution in collaboration with internal sales teams.-Assist with system delivery, implementation, configuration, and acceptance testing at client facilities.-Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis post-delivery.-Collaborate with internal R&D, global factories, and third-party partners to resolve complex technical issues.-Support technical activities for marketing events, seminars, customer engagements, and partner enablement.-Other related tasks assigned by the manager.【Job Attraction】-Great career path in a world-leading global test and measurement solution provider.-Abundant learning opportunities through overseas training programs and exposure to cutting-edge 5G/RF technologies.-Attractive compensation package with comprehensive allowances, regular bonuses, and annual health check-ups.
