【Job Summary】
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a Japanese-style izakaya restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City.
This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about food and beverage operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
【Responsibilities】
-Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant
-Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
-Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff
-Develop and maintain service standards and operational procedures
-Manage employee scheduling and workforce planning
-Monitor restaurant sales, costs, and profitability
-Control food, beverage, and operational expenses
-Coordinate inventory management and purchasing activities
-Train and develop team members to improve performance
-Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues
-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
-Prepare operational reports and communicate with management
-Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth
-Maintain a positive and productive working environment
-Other related tasks
资格
任职资格
【MUST】
-At least 1 year of management experience in the F&B industry
-English (Conversational Level)
-Willingness to engage in hands-on/on-site tasks
-Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
【Prfer】
-Speak Japanese.
-Someone with store management experience.英文
