  【Job Summary】
  The Warehouse Staff will play a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations for our logistics-focused organization in Vietnam. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of goods, working alongside our local operational team.
  
  The successful candidate will be a key team member who handles day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and inventory control, while maintaining high service quality standards. You will act as a reliable point of contact for operational tasks, ensuring that all logistics processes are executed smoothly and that inventory is managed with high precision to minimize loss or discrepancies.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Daily Operations: Execute and support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  -Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock-taking to ensure data integrity.
  -Goods Management: Ensure the proper handling and organized storage of all materials to prevent damage or loss.
  -Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks efficiently to meet daily operational goals and customer requirements.
  -Documentation & Reporting: Prepare basic operational documents and reports regarding stock levels and warehouse activities.
  -Safety & Compliance: Follow all established warehouse procedures, work standards, and safety regulations strictly.
  -Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with other team members and logistics staff to support smooth delivery operations.
  -Continuous Improvement: Assist in improving warehouse layout and workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  -Liaison: Provide necessary feedback to supervisors regarding any discrepancies or issues on the warehouse floor.
