  <Job Summary>
  You will work as a Human Resources and General Affairs Manager at a Japanese company that manufactures and sells sewing thread and imports and sells textile materials. They currently lack someone for this position and are looking for someone who can contribute immediately and who will work for the company for a long term (at least 5 years).
  
  <Detail>
  - Handle wastewater and environmental compliance matters within the industrial park, including reporting, audits, and internal coordination
  - Provide Japanese language support for expatriate staff (JLPT N3 level; interpretation and daily operational support)
  - Coordinate and negotiate with government authorities and industrial park management for permits and regulatory matters
  - Support HR operations such as recruitment assistance, labor management, and employee relations
  - Manage general administration tasks including office management, contract handling, and internal/external coordination
  - Other tasks from the manager
