  - Responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing production; preventing risks and incidents in production; proposing improvement solutions; reporting; and analyzing data.

  - Reduce error rates and waste in production.
  - Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.

  - Supervise daily production operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  - Ensure production plans meet customer delivery schedules.
  - Monitor and control production metrics: Productivity, Loss ratio.
  - Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure continuous production.
  - Manage and assign tasks to team leaders and production workers.
  - Analyze production issues and propose solutions.
  - Implement Kaizen activities, process improvements, and resource optimization.
  - Train and develop the capabilities of production staff.
  - Prepare and submit periodic production reports to management.
  - Participate in production and improvement meetings.
  - Support the implementation of the company's production improvement projects.
  - Assigning and coordinating personnel in the production area.
  - Proposing adjustments to the production plan when problems arise.
  - Suggesting improvement solutions to enhance production efficiency.
  - Requesting support from relevant departments when issues affect production.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager/Factory Manager.
