Sau khi thống nhất về đơn hàng, liên lạc với khách hàng và nhà máy để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng tiến độ- Giám sát đơn hàng (PO) và lịch giao hàng từ khách hàng để tránh tình trạng thiếu hàng- Thương lượng với khách hàng khi có sự cố xảy ra- Nghiên cứu & báo cáo xu hướng thị trường bán hàng, hoạt động của đối thủ...- Khảo sát thông tin thị trường- Hợp tác với các phòng ban liên quan để hiểu yêu cầu của khách hàng và cung cấp hỗ trợ bán hàng
