  【Job Summary 】
  As the IATF 16949 Management Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring world-class quality standards for interior materials supplied to the global automotive industry. Joining a prestigious Japanese manufacturer with over 140 years of history, you will lead the transition and maintenance of the Quality Management System at their strategic Vietnamese base. This position offers the unique opportunity to upgrade existing ISO 9001 systems to the more rigorous IATF 16949 standards, directly influencing the organization's quality culture. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between Japanese manufacturing excellence and Vietnamese production efficiency, ensuring compliance with top-tier automotive client requirements. This is a high-impact role for a quality professional seeking to establish a legacy within a growing global production hub.
  
  【Responsiblities】
  -Establishing and maintaining the QMS in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards within the organization.
  -Developing and updating the Quality Manual, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  -Planning and conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions for any non-conformities found.
  -Acting as the primary liaison for external certification bodies and customer quality audits.
  -Reporting regularly to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
  -Setting, monitoring, and analyzing Quality Objectives (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  -Overseeing the application and training of the 5 Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA.
  -Managing and delivering training programs for employees regarding quality awareness and IATF standards.
  -Identifying Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) and ensuring their integration into internal processes.
  -Conducting quality audits of suppliers and providing guidance for their quality improvement.
