【Job Summary 】As the IATF 16949 Management Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring world-class quality standards for interior materials supplied to the global automotive industry. Joining a prestigious Japanese manufacturer with over 140 years of history, you will lead the transition and maintenance of the Quality Management System at their strategic Vietnamese base. This position offers the unique opportunity to upgrade existing ISO 9001 systems to the more rigorous IATF 16949 standards, directly influencing the organization's quality culture. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between Japanese manufacturing excellence and Vietnamese production efficiency, ensuring compliance with top-tier automotive client requirements. 【Job Summary 】We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Staff member to join our newly established automotive parts sales division. This role is focused on developing new business, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our automotive parts market in Vietnam and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to work cross-functionally.【Responsiblities】-New Business Development-Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the automotive industry.-Sales activities for existing products (seasonal home appliances: electric carpet, electric blanket, throw blanket, summer cooling blanket)-Account Management-Maintain and build long-term relationships with customers; understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions.-Quotation & Negotiation-Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms (price, delivery, payment) to close deals.-Order Management-Coordinate the order-to-delivery process, working with internal teams (logistics, production, quality) to ensure customer satisfaction.-Market Research-Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer demands to identify opportunities for growth.-Sales Forecasting & KPI track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key KPIs.
