  -Facilitate smooth communication between the Vietnam branch and the Japan headquarters.
  -Interpret meetings and technical discussions between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese managers.
  -Support information sharing and communication during requirement definition, design, and development phases.
  -Assist in the coordination and communication during software testing and release stages.
  -Translate technical documents and specifications from Japanese to Vietnamese.
  -Translate internal reports and project documents from Vietnamese to Japanese.
  -Manage project progress and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines.
  -Identify, check, and report any issues or bottlenecks arising during the project.
  -Foster mutual understanding by bridging cultural backgrounds and business customs.
