  <Job Summary>
  You will be in charge of the Import & Export staff in the Japanese sweet factory.
  
  <Job description>
  - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors based on purchasing instructions provided by production management
  - Handle import/export related documentation and procedures
  - Prepare and manage product declaration and registration documents required for selling products in Vietnam
  - Support registration processes for both locally distributed and imported products from Japan
  - Assist in creating product labeling information (e.g., ingredient and product content labeling)
  - Communicate and coordinate internally to ensure smooth operational workflow *In the future
  - Support administrative and back-office tasks related to operations when required
  - Other tasks assigned by your manager
