  【Job Summary】
  We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Analysis Engineer to join a Japanese-affiliated architectural and engineering organization in Vietnam. This position is available in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi and offers an exciting opportunity to work on technically advanced building projects in close collaboration with Japanese stakeholders.
  
  As an Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting specialized engineering analyses related to building performance and construction processes. Your core responsibilities will include temperature stress analysis, construction simulation, and ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) simulations. You will work closely with design and construction teams to ensure that structures meet performance, safety, and sustainability standards required by Japanese projects.
  
  The successful candidate will utilize specialized engineering software such as ASTEA MACS, fap, proprietary in-house systems, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD to perform detailed simulations and analyses. While experience with all tools is not mandatory, practical experience in structural or environmental simulation software and CAD platforms is highly desirable.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Perform temperature stress analysis for building structures.
  -Conduct construction simulations and related technical evaluations.
  -Perform ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) simulations and environmental performance studies.
  -Utilize analysis and modeling tools such as
  -ASTEA MACS,fap,Proprietary in-house software,ArchiCAD,AutoCAD.
  -Prepare analysis reports and technical documentation in accordance with Japanese standards.
  -Communicate with Japanese project representatives via email and written correspondence in Japanese.
  -Coordinate with internal design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  -Support continuous improvement of analysis methodologies and workflows.
  -Stay updated with advancements in sustainable building technologies.
