  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Engineering Deputy Manager to join a leading Japanese-affiliated engineering and construction organization in Vietnam. This position is based and plays a key role in supporting civil engineering design and construction projects for Japanese clients.
  
  This role requires a strong background in civil engineering, particularly within Japanese companies or projects, as well as experience in management or supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to allocate resources effectively, manage work schedules, and maintain quality assurance standards across multiple assignments. You will also play an important role in developing team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  
  With a strong mix of strategic leadership and hands-on involvement, you will define the architecture department’s roadmap, set design standards, manage resources, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with the company’s business goals. This role offers the opportunity to shape design direction for a respected international construction organisation, engage with diverse project types across Japan, and build a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Plan and oversee the execution of civil engineering support services for Japanese clients.
  -Allocate team members and manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  -Monitor progress and maintain quality control across all assigned tasks.
  -Provide support for civil construction and design projects.
  -Assistance in preparing construction drawings.
  -Quantity take-offs and preparation of quantity calculation documents.
  -Preparation of construction-related documentation (construction plans, method statements, project organization documents, etc.)
  -Assistance in preparing detailed design drawings.
  -Engineering analysis and technical studies(e.g., thermal stress analysis, slope stability analysis)
  -BIM/CIM model creation.
  -Communicate directly with Japanese clients to confirm requirements and provide updates.
  -Coordinate between Vietnamese engineering staff and Japanese stakeholders.
  -Support the development and training of junior engineers.
  -Ensure compliance with company standards and Japanese quality expectations.
  -Other related task.
