    【Job Summary】
    Seeking a highly driven and versatile Business Strategy leader to play a pivotal role in shaping both organizational excellence and business growth within a fast-growing, cross-border environment. This position is designed as a leadership candidate role, overseeing both the HR team and the business operations team in a cross-functional capacity. The role combines strategic human resources leadership (30%) with business planning and operational strategy responsibilities (70%), making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people strategy and business execution.

    On the HR side, you will be responsible for building a strong organizational foundation by designing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business plans, ensuring governance and compliance, and strengthening organizational development systems. You will drive end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, refine HR systems, and proactively identify and address organizational challenges. As the company operates in a dynamic, evolving environment, you will be expected to think strategically while remaining hands-on when necessary.

    On the business operations side, you will support new business initiatives and organizational performance improvement. This includes validating business hypotheses, conducting market analysis, supporting market entry strategies, and ensuring operational readiness including coordination with legal experts where required. You will work closely with leadership, including Japanese executives, to drive sustainable growth and cross-functional alignment.

    -Design and validate business hypotheses.
    -Conduct market research and deepen market understanding.
    -Support development of market entry strategies.
    -Assist operational setup, including legal confirmation and compliance.
    -Organizational Operations.
    -Detect organizational issues early and propose corrective actions.
    -Coordinate with external specialists and legal advisors when necessary.
    -Clarify team challenges and translate them into measurable KPIs.
    -Design and implement action plans to resolve cross-functional issues.
    -Recruitment Strategy.
    -Plan and drive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
    -Design hiring targets, conduct issue analysis, and manage recruitment KPIs.
    -Design and optimize direct recruiting processes from sourcing to closing.
    -Improve talent acquisition channels and strengthen employer positioning.
    -People Operations / Governance.
    -Manage and improve employment contracts and workplace regulations.
    -Identify and proactively mitigate labor law and compliance risks.
    -Strengthen governance systems and ensure regulatory adherence.
    -Manage and improve performance evaluation systems.
    -Operate and enhance onboarding and training programs.
    -Identify organizational challenges and propose HR policy improvements.
    -Support the planning and execution of organizational development initiatives.
    -Other related tasks

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    -Bachelor's degree
    -At least 3 years of management exprience include HR responsibilities (at least leader level).
    -Have Experience collaborating with Japanese executives or managers to make or improve a business plan.
    -Have Exprience making a new hiring strategy and evaluation system by yourself.
    -Have knowledge of labor law, taxation, and social insurance in Vietnam.
    -Japanese N2 (Advanced level)
