【Job Summary】We are looking for a BrSE candidate to join the project from offshore, receiving the requirements from clients,then communicating and cooperating with the Software Development/ Offshore team to develop the systemand managing the development process of the software projects for clients.【Job Details】Requirements Elicitation & Analysis:‐ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document their needs and objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions. Documentation & Communication:- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts.- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.Solution Design & Technical Understanding:- Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).- Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient software solutions, considering technical feasibility and business impact.- Leverage your AWS experience to understand and articulate requirements related to cloud based solutions, infrastructure, and services.- Participate in technical discussions and provide input on solution architecture from a requirements perspective.Testing & Quality Assurance Support:- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business requirements.- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements and assisting with issue resolution.Project Support:- Assist project managers in scope definition, effort estimation, and risk identification.- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks related to requirements.- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

Manage & lead the projectmanagement team.- Responsible for ensuring that programs and projects are planned, managed, and governed in aconsistent, transparent, and disciplined manner.- Overall responsibility for planning, executing, tracking, and managing cost, schedule, and scope for allprojects in the portfolio.- Enforce consistency and standardize processes across the team and the broader project managementorganization.- Take care of a big account/project / program / portfolio.- Conduct surveys of customer satisfaction on completed projects, analyze, and interpret the findings toimprove efficiency and effectiveness of projects.- Manage IT strategic projects: Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverable, defineproject tasks and resource requirements, plan and schedule project timeline, assemble and coordinateproject staff. Manage project budget and resources. Constantly monitor and report on progress of theproject to all stakeholders. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieveproject outputs.- Manage day-to-day activities in Project Management.- Manage the project team and provide performance feedback and goal setting; conduct annualperformance assessments and skill development and training.- The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
