【Job Summary】- Responsible for sales activities (80% is Japanese company, 20% others) and expand new customers【Job description】- Deal with existing customers and finding new customers.- Do project survey, meet requirements to design and manufacture automatic machines with customers.- Prepare quotations, and submit quotes to customers.- Follow up the quotation submitted to the customer, reciprocate the customer's confirmation until receiving the order.- Discuss and work with engineers about machinery and then deal with customers【Company/Job Attraction】- No KPIs and commissions- Salary adjustment in July each year (5-20%)- Revenue bonus depending on business situation in December (1-3 months salary)- OT will be calculated on Saturday and Sunday
