    <Job Summary>
    You will be working as the Maintenance Engineer Manager of North Vietnam of a Japanese game center.
    * They have 4 places in Hanoi and Hai Phong.

    <Detail>
    * This is not a “person who fixes machines,” but a person who rebuilds the organization
    - Achieve zero downtime for machines across all stores
    - Standardize periodic inspection and repair processes
    - Eliminate fraud, concealment, and sabotage
    - Re-train and reorganize maintenance staff
    - Direct reporting to the Japanese SGM and Director
    - Other tasks from the Japanese manager

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - At least 2 years of experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the amusement industry
    * What is the amusement industry?: For example, Game centers, Bowling facilities, or Arcade / Redemption / Crane machines
    - Have experience managing multiple locations or teams
    - Willingness to work hands-on at the site
    - Strong sense of ownership and accountability
    - Clear responsibility-taking mindset (no ambiguity)

    <Prefer>
    - English: Intermediate levels
    - Have experience working at AEON Mall
    - Good understanding of Japanese business culture
    - Proven track record of improving downtime rate/machine utilization
    - Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese management
    - Basic understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems
    - Experience dealing with internal controls, fraud prevention, or compliance issues
