1)レポーティング・データ管理
・月次の売上レポート、KPI、経営向け資料の作成および更新
・各種データの収集・分析・取りまとめ、データ品質および標準化の管理
・ダッシュボードや各種レポートの改善、レポーティング業務の効率化推進
2)地域ビジネス連携(ASEAN:7法人)
・各地域法人からの事業データ(売上、在庫、パイプライン、価格情報等)の取りまとめ
・本社主導の施策に関する各現地法人との調整および進捗フォロー
・ベストプラクティスの共有、迅速かつ高品質な対応の促進
3)販売・投資計画
・年間販売計画および3ヵ年の中期計画の作成
・財務、人事、製造、営業など関連部門との連携
・計画策定における分析支援、リスク評価、承認プロセスのサポート
・その他付随業務
