You will work as a deputy manager at a major Japanese logistics company.

- Management, guidance, and performance evaluation of Assistant Managers
- Decision-making and coordination to ensure stable operation of overall operations
- Handling on-site issues, troubles, and irregular situations
- Overall P&L management of the operations department (cost and efficiency control)
- Monitoring and analyzing business performance
- Proposing improvement measures and corrective actions based on data and KPIs
- Promoting and leading projects involving coordination with other departments and clients
- May also perform Assistant-level duties depending on business conditions.
