    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for work as an HRM

    【Job description】
    - Develop and implement HR strategies; improve organizational structure and internal policies.
    - Manage Recruitment, Training, Talent Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
    - Oversee employee relations, corporate culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
    - Manage administrative operations, including documentation, assets, facilities, safety, company seals, drivers, and liaison with authorities.
    - Develop and control internal governance & legal systems; provide legal advice to management.
    - Perform other duties assigned by the General Director

资格

  • 应征条件

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Administration, Economics, or related fields
    - At least 10 years of HR management experience; logistics background preferred
    - Strong Japanese proficiency (From N2 Advance); English communication skills
    - Strong knowledge of Labor Law, PIT, Social/Health Insurance; solid HR management skills.
