<Job description (details)>
- Plan, develop, and operate sales support applications to drive business growth.
- Design, implement, and maintain back-office applications to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Japan headquarters and overseas group companies to identify system needs and propose effective solutions.
- Evaluate and implement SaaS or low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate, while exploring cloud-based server options as required.
- Ensure smooth deployment, user training, and continuous improvement of in-house applications.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, such as detailed design documents and system specifications.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for internal applications, ensuring stability and efficiency.
资格
应征条件
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese: N2 Advance Level
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Ability to learn independently and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong sense of self-management and accountability, especially in remote working environments.
<Prefer>
- Experience with Java or Python (not mandatory; open to candidates who can learn new languages independently).
- Experience in web application development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft development environment and tools.
- Experience preparing detailed design documentation.英文
