  ■Job summary
  As a Senior Urban Designer, you will take a leadership role in shaping large-scale urban environments, guiding projects from concept development through implementation.
  This position requires both creative vision and technical expertise, with responsibility for overseeing masterplanning, urban frameworks, public realm design, and mixed-use developments.
  You will manage design teams, coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, and ensure that projects reflect innovation, sustainability, and cultural context.

  -Help with architectural design projects, if necessary.
  -Attend and facilitate presentations, workshops, and project meetings.
  -Support business development efforts, including attending meetings with potential clients, listening to client briefs, preparing proposals, observing, analyzing project areas, etc.
  -Support project design management.
  -Direct with owners, other consultants and authorities to meet project objectives.
  -Liaise and/or cooperate with project team members to develop design ideas and solutions for assigned projects.
  -Coordinate efforts with related local authorities and Nikken Sekkei Group member departments.
