  • 工作内容

    Responsible for achieving the sales targets of the nationwide retail business department.

    - Manage the retail sales department for aluminum products across the country.

    - Participate in developing sales target plans for the retail department and organize the implementation to ensure achievement of the set goals.
    - Manage, assign tasks, and supervise the operations of the retail department nationwide.
    - Develop new dealers and maintain relationships with existing partners to drive product sales through the retail channel.
    - Develop a system of professional and operational documents aligned with the department’s management requirements, and train personnel to meet job demands.
    - Design promotional programs and customer/dealer incentives to stimulate product consumption during low-demand market periods.
    - Collaborate with internal departments to develop training programs for dealers and partners on new products, pricing structures, customer data updates in the system, and the aluminum product business process.
    - Work with the marketing team to develop communication activities that promote the products and support dealer sales.
    - Develop relationships with design consultancy firms and organize product introduction seminars for architects, thereby encouraging architects to recommend products to homeowners.
    - Urge dealers to make payments and collect goods in accordance with contract agreements and announced schedules.
    - Implement directives from company leadership to relevant departments/individuals. Monitor execution, follow up, and report implementation results to the leadership.

资格

  • 应征条件

    { MUST}

    - University degree or higher.
    - English: Upper - Intermediate level
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
    - Strong Experience in managing sales of construction materials through distribution channels.
    - In-depth knowledge and professional skills in the construction materials business.
    - Proficient in using Microsoft office
    - Strong skills in sales planning, organization, and execution supervision.
    - Effective communication and information delivery skills; strong teamwork abilities.
    - Strong management, leadership, and staff training skills.
    - Team-building, coaching, and training capabilities.
    - Ability to work under high pressure.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    - Having background in construction field.
