  We are seeking a Project Manager to lead new product launch projects for English-speaking clients, focusing on communication and coordination with customers, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a successful product launch.
  The role involves overall project progress management, including specification adjustments, schedule control, and quality assurance. A global perspective and strong, flexible communication skills are essential for the success of the project.
  
  Key responsibilities include:
  • Confirm specifications, organize requirements, and coordinate with English-speaking clients (in English).
  • Manage schedules, delivery deadlines, progress reports, and risk sharing with clients (in English).
  • Oversee project progress and execution.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (Sales, Design, Quality, Production Engineering, Production Planning, Factory, etc.).
  • Handle quality issues (organize defect information, act as client contact point, share information internally, participate in corrective actions).
  • Prepare reports, consult, and create documents in Japanese for internal use.
