【業務内容】
・アポイントメント、出張、会議の手配、郵便物や議事録などの文書作成、ゲスト受付に関する業務など、与えられたあらゆる秘書業務を遂行する
・電話への対応と適切な指示
・郵便物の受け取りと適切な担当者への分配
・小包や機密封筒を含むすべての発送用郵便物の処理
・文書、記録、報告書の作成、綴じ込み、取り出し
・事務用品、機器、文房具の購入と管理
・弁護士から指定された社内外の連絡先との連携
・英文メールの読み書き
・当事務所およびクライアントのビジネス情報の調査
・清掃・整理整頓の監督
・当事務所のライブラリーのセットアップと管理
・その他、指定された秘書業務、管理業務の遂行
