    <Job Summary>
    As a B2B Sales Manager, you will lead Koeeru’s business development efforts across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. This role involves a blend of strategic partnerships, solution selling, and market localization, working closely with our Hanoi operations and engineering teams to deliver data-driven customer solutions.

    <Detail>
    - Drive new business development in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
    - Build relationships through networking, startup communities, events, and content marketing
    - Create and localize sales materials and proposals based on proven Japanese case studies
    - Act as account manager for existing non-Japanese clients or global leads
    - Collaborate with the product/IT team to develop localized, market-fit solutions
    - Lead or support RFQs, pitches, and partner engagements
    - Other tasks from the Manager.

    - Be the first dedicated local sales leader shaping market strategy and expansion in Vietnam and beyond.
    - Direct collaboration with top management, giving you freedom to propose ideas and lead initiatives.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree
    - At least 5 years of B2B sales for an IT solution. (CRM, SaaS, research, or cross-border marketing is a plus)
    - English: Intermediate levels (verbal and written)
    - Able to take business trips domestically and regionally (Southeast Asia)
    - No Job hopper

    <Prefer>
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate levels
    - Have experience in SaaS, marketing, or consulting
    - Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a multicultural, startup-like environment.
