【Job Summary】
- Responsibility for working as a Land Management Staff
【Job description】(details)
- Collaborate with Consultants and Authorities to make cadastral maps, technical plots, land plot information; set landmark project boundaries, conduct site survey for issuing Land withdrawal notices.
- Collaborate with Consultants and Authorities to conduct land measurements and statistic, asset; make land origin documents for calculating compensation plans.
- Collaborate with Authorities to compile documents for issuance of Land compensation and withdrawal decisions.
- Collaborate with Authorities to execute payments for Land owners following Land compensation and withdrawal decisions.
- Collaborate with Authorities to take over land.
- Collaborate with Authorities to get confirmation land compensation completion.
- Overlap the planning on the cadastral map for the signing of land lease contracts.
- Settlement payment with Authority.

<MUST>
- Graduated from university majoring in Land Management or related fields/ majors
- communication in English (Basic level)
- Microsoft Office, Micro Station, AutoCAD.
- Good communication, planning, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Have relationships with local authorities英文
