  One of our clients, which is a Construction company, is now looking for Admin staff who has accounting back grounds.
  
  【Job Detail】
  - Help prepare marketing and public relations documents.
  - Research Vietnam’s construction and real estate market to identify potential clients.
  - Attend meetings with stakeholders for potential projects or businesses.
  - Draft Expressions of Interest, financial/technical proposals, bidding documents, and capability statements for potential projects.
  - Prepare draft service contracts.
  - Prepare official business letters (e.g., Letter of Appointment, Letter of Liquidation, Payment Requests) and coordinate document submissions to clients
  - Assist with project payments, including preparing payment requests, following up with clients, and keeping payment records.
  - Coordinate with head office and othergroup offices for communication and marketing tasks.
  - Facilitate communication between the group companies and stakeholders.
  - Provide English-Vietnamese interpretation at external meetings with stakeholders as needed.
  - Prepare concise English minutes for external meetings.
  - Handle project office procedures, including foreign contractor license registration, practice license conversion, work permits, tax payments, and project office closure.
  - The other tasks assigned by the Manager.
