任职资格
【必須条件】
・四年制大学でIT関連の学位を取得された方
・IT業界でのプロジェクト管理経験 (開発言語、環境は不問) を5年以上お持ちの方
・10名以上のITプロジェクト管理経験が3年以上ある方
・ソフトウェア開発経験をお持ちの方(自社サービスもしくは受託開発)
※ウォーターフォール、アジャイル/スクラム、プロトタイピング、スパイラルなど一般的な開発手法での経験
【歓迎要件】
・PMとして何かしらの技術で得意分野をお持ちの方
※例:セキュリティ、フロントエンド、Java、etc...
・PMP、情報処理技術者(PM)やスクラムマスター等の資格をお持ちの方
・海外でのオフショア開発に携わったことがある方

<Job summary>As a Senior Manager, you will define business plans for your group and lead offshore business activities, including sales support, opportunity analysis, pre-study, implementation, and upgrade projects for both existing and new customers.
