【Job Summary】We are seeking an autonomous and dynamically driven Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Leader to spearhead the market expansion of our newly established Factory Automation (FA) and Robotics Engineering division in Vietnam. Operating under a prestigious global Japanese conglomerate, you will serve as a pioneering specialist introducing advanced automation systems, custom-tailored industrial machinery, and machine vision solutions to local manufacturing plants. Working closely with the regional headquarters in Singapore, this role offers an entrepreneurial challenge to build a lucrative business line from the ground up within a highly respected corporate environment.【Responsibilities】-Lead the business development and sales generation for custom-made Factory Automation (FA) machinery, robotics systems, and image processing technology across Vietnam.-Actively prospect, visit, and pitch advanced automation engineering solutions to manufacturing facilities and industrial clients.-Conduct initial technical consultations with prospective clients to identify operational bottlenecks and gather engineering requirements.-Function as the key technical bridge, translating client requirements and structural guidelines accurately into English for the regional engineering teams based overseas.-Manage end-to-end project communication from initial lead generation and quotation presentation to deployment alignment.-Submit regular field sales reports and local administrative updates to the Vietnam Country Representative while maintaining daily project reporting with the Regional Director in Singapore.-Utilize the provided company vehicle to travel frequently to various industrial zones for business development activities.-Other duties as assigned by management【Job Attraction】-True Pioneer Opportunity: Take full ownership of a newly introduced engineering sector in Vietnam, giving you massive visibility and the potential to build and manage your own future team as the division matures.-Global Network and Stable Corporate Backing: Benefit from the immense market credibility and financial stability of a well-established Japanese conglomerate, combined with advanced regional engineering expertise.
