• 应征条件

  <MUST>
  - Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of business analysis.
  - Japanese is equivalent to N2
  - Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL.
  - Have knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirements analysis. Have good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Scrum software development models...
  - Able to identify and analyze requirements with the customer and use those requirements as input to create and review design documents (basic design, detail design).
  - Can understand the content of requirements documents presented by users, and from these requirements, have the skills to create and review design documents.
  - Able to identify non-functional requirements and explain these requirements.
  - Responsible, accurate, and able to work under high pressure and on strict deadlines.
  - Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new technology, and able to work under pressure, ready to work at any time.
  
  <Skills>
  - Good teamwork skills.
  - Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
  - Logical thinking, problem-solving, and expression ability.
  - Have problem-solving skills through chat and Q&A with customers.
  
  <Prefer>
  - Proficiency in design tools is an advantage.
  - Ability to analyze and solve problems (error checking, error handling, web performance, web security, ...), supporting other team members.
  - Experience with git (Github, GitLab, AWS CodeCommit...) and task management tools (Redmine, Backlog, Jira...).
  - Can read and understand or have experience with one of the languages (PHP, Java, NodeJS, Python, ...) and front-end (ReactJS, VueJS, Angular...).
  - Have good knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, MS Azure), having AWS certification is a big plus.
  - Have problem-solving skills through chat and Q&A with customers.
  - Able to identify non-functional requirements and explain these requirements.
