工作内容
- Làm kỹ sư cầu nối (BrSE) giữa khách hàng Nhật Bản và đội phát triển tại Việt Nam trong các dự án phát triển phần mềm thuộc lĩnh vực quản trị doanh nghiệp ERP/SAP.- Tham gia các buổi họp tiếp nhận yêu cu và tư vấn cho khách hàng để đề xuất các giải pháp phù hợp.- Tham gia phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ (BA/Requirement Analysis), làm rõ yêu cầu với khách hàng và truyền đạt rõ ràng cho đội kỹ thuật.- Xây dựng tài liệu yêu cầu, tài liệu thiết kế cơ bản và tài liệu thiết kế chi tiết .- Thực hiện review các sản phẩm bàn giao từ đội phát triển và phản hồi cho khách hàng.- Tham gia các cuộc họp định kỳ với khách hàng, trình bày kết quả, đề xuất giải pháp và hỗ trợ giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh.- Hỗ trợ đào tạo nội bộ nhằm phát triển các kỹ sư cầu nối trẻ.- Thực hiện các công việc khác trong phạm vi công việc theo sự phân công của ban lãnh đạo.

<Job summary>As a Senior Manager, you will define business plans for your group and lead offshore business activities, including sales support, opportunity analysis, pre-study, implementation, and upgrade projects for both existing and new customers.
