    ★Responsibility
    - Responsible for Aftersales services
    ★Job detail
    - Hiring, training, coaching, and leading call center members.
    - Answering team member questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives
    - Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
    - Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

资格

  • 任职资格

    <MUST>
    - Graduated from University or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information
    systems is preferred
    - English (Intermediate level)
    - At least 3 years' experience in technical support, familar with security products
    - Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems
    - Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness, work well under pressure.

    <PREFER>
    - Candidate can speak Chinese
