  • 工作内容

    1. Labor Contract:
    - Follow up probation/performance evaluation for new/renew labour contracts;
    - Prepare confidentiality agreement and labour contract; addendum to labour contract;
    - Follow up personnel transfer and promotion procedures;
    - Follow up resignation / contract termination procedure;
    2. Compensation and Benefits:
    - In charge of Attendance record, Payroll processing, Personal Income Tax (PIT);
    - Process PIT calculation, monthly and annual finalization / return;
    - Process payroll internet banking for salary transfer;
    - Prepare payroll reports to Accounting and related payments;
    - Follow up with dispatched expats employment expenses with related parties;
    - Arrange annual health check for staffs
    - In charge of compulsory insurance (Social Insurance (SI), Medical Insurance (MI), Unemployment Insurance (UI);
    - Record all kinds of leave of employees in soft copies and hard copies;
    - Manage the implementation of fringe benefits, allowances and subsidies;
    - In charge of Health and Safety implementation;
    3. Others:
    - Assist in enhancing all HR policies/ regulations/ process as well as in implementing HR strategy;
    - Support in maintaining relationship with Trade Union and addressing labour disputes;
    - Employee relations: Coordinate to organize Company’s events (staff birthday, annual party, company trip and/or other staff activities);
    - Follow up with HR expenses and maintain a close monitor of HR budget.
    - Ensure the compliance with labor laws/regulations and the effectiveness of Human Resource procedural internal controls;
    - Other office tasks as required by the Company

资格

  • 应征条件

    <MUST>
    • University Graduation
    • English fluency
    • At least 2 -3 years experience ( can accept cdd with 1-2 years experience with good background and language skill)
    SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
    - Thorough understanding of labor law and social insurance regulations, PIT regulations
    - HR practices and issues.
    - Data calculation and analysis skills.
    - Excellent at MS Office, especially MS Excel.
    - Have knowledge and understanding on HR software is a plus
