One of our clients, which is providing Medical plastic products, is now looking for a Factory Manager.
[What you will be working on]
-Manage the factory ensuring high-quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production, service and profitability for the organisation.
-Ensuring that the team understands that the factory’s profits and achievements
-The efficient running of the team
-Contribute to training and development of the team
-Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans

应征条件
[What they are looking for]
<Must>
-At least 5 years of experience as Factory manager experience in a manufacturing company related to plastic molding products.
-English: Upper-Intermediate English speaking
-Certification forklift/safety management
-ISO internal audit
<Better>
-Working in a factory that manufactures medical equipment will be an advantageous
-Japanese Speaking will be an advantage to liaise with a Japanese director.英文
