  - Q&A with Japanese customer directly or via internet meeting
  - The person who transmitting project problem or addition requirement from customer to team member.
  - Issuing design documents in Japanese & Vietnamese, explain, divide schedule to team member, manage all member’s progress.
  - Issuing, arranging, adjusting schedule.
  - Technical support for team members
  - Review source code
  - Final test to ensure the project with the right customer requirements
  - Report work directly to PM
