  - Responsible for technical planning task
  
  【Job description】
  - Contact to Japanese engineer, control design changes such as internal implementation of grasping contents of design changes received from Japan
  - Creating design change notices at Vietnam factory and cost down by procuring parts procured from Japan in Vietnam
  - After working at Vietnam factory for one year, candidate will work in parent company in Japan for 3-5 years in order to perform design work (design changes, etc) and prepare documents related to QMS certification and standards.
  - In Japan, the main duties will be prepare drawings and design change notices for design changes related to products manufactured at Vietnam factory, perform certification, review designs for product improvement (support).
  - Prepare materials related to QMS certification, provide development and design support
