工作内容
- Responsible for supporting all task for a new set up the company
- Contract and manage various contracts with customers/business partners
- Negotiation with the government to get permission to set up the establishment
- Market research to set up more establishment
- Payment of employee social insurance and health insurance and various procedures (new/switch application)
- Applying/renewing work permit for expatriates
- Application/renewal of residence card for expatriates
- Research of suppliers/Quotation acquisition/Price negotiation
- Employee target setting and evaluation management
- Other many tasks as assigned by Japanese Director
资格

<Must>
- Male, age 30-4o years
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Japanese skill; N1 up (Can communicate smoothly)
- English skill ; Intermediate level
- At least 5 years experience as Assistant, Secretary, GA, or support to the new set up the company
- A person who can understand Japanese culture and Flexible person
