Strong multilingual skills and a high level of accuracy in document management are essential for success in this position.【Job Detail】- Manage accounting data, monthly closing materials, and financial documentation.- Process invoices, payments, and bank transfers while managing cash flow.- Coordinate with external accounting firms for tax filing and audits.Administer contracts, internal applications, and official company documents.- Manage office facilities, equipment, and general administrative supplies.- Act as a contact point for stakeholders in Japan and other APAC regional offices.- Organize and share information related to accounting, payments, and contracts across regions.- Prepare materials for meetings and track the progress of administrative projects.- Support human resources and labor relations tasks as needed.- Other related tasks as assigned by the management.
