• 工作内容

  - Cooperate with each manager well especially with Internal Control Manager, and create new organization.
  - Contact with Japanese HQ and Hanoi branch.
  - There is no manager in Hanoi branch, so you will be in charge of GA, HR manager of Hanoi branch
  - Management for 5 staffs in HCM, 3 staffs in Hanoi.
  
  - Oversea HR & admin department and involve in every aspect of HR from strategic to operational issues including procedures and process improvement.
  - Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting, perform recruitment, selection and retention.
  - Develop, implement and review training and development programs and activities to enhance competencies and capabilities of employees.
  - Supervise administrative support activities: purchases of office equipment and supplies, transport arrangements, office security and maintenance.
  - Perform any other duties as assigned.
